Questions
How does the money-back guarantee work?
Not happy with your first kilo? Email us at info@yoghoyogho.nl within 30 days of delivery. You get the amount of that first kilo back, even if the bag is open, and we cancel your Café plan for you.
What's the difference between the Starter and the Café plan?
The Starter is a 100 gram bag every 4 weeks for €13.49: handy if you want to put ube on the menu first. The Café plan is a 1 kilo bag per delivery; per latte it costs less than half, and your first kilo costs €28. You can switch any time.
What's in it?
Our ube powder is dried, finely milled purple yam (Dioscorea alata). We don't add sugar or colouring; the colour comes from the ube itself. It tastes soft, a little like vanilla and nuts, and it dissolves well in hot and cold milk. At 3 grams per latte, 100 grams makes over 30 lattes and a kilo makes over 300.
Why do you ask for my VAT number?
This offer is for businesses only. We use the VAT number to check with the EU that your business exists.
How do I pay?
By credit or debit card (Visa or Mastercard, business cards too), Apple Pay or Google Pay, charged automatically with each delivery. iDEAL doesn't support automatic payments.
How do I stop my subscription?
In your Big Moca account. That's where you pause, move a delivery or stop altogether. There is no minimum term.
My business is outside the EU.
This offer and the free shipping apply within the EU. Email us at info@yoghoyogho.nl and we'll see what's possible.
