Our products are food and drink items. This policy explains when a return is possible and how refunds are handled.

1) Refunds & returns

  • Consumable goods: Our products are food/drink items. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of items that have been opened or unsealed.
  • Unopened returns: If permitted by applicable law and the product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.
  • How to request: Email info@yoghoyogho.nl with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide return instructions if eligible.
  • Return shipping: Unless the item is defective or we made an error, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect an eligible return, we will issue a refund to the original payment method. Refund timing depends on your bank or payment provider.
  • Damaged / wrong items: If we sent the wrong item or your order arrives damaged/defective, contact us and we will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights you may have under applicable law.
