Who we are (data controller)

Yogho Yogho B.V.

Email: info@yoghoyogho.nl

What data we collect

  • Contact data: if you email us, we process your name, email address, and the content of your message.
  • Technical data: like any website, our hosting provider may process basic server logs (e.g., IP address, user agent, timestamps) to deliver and secure the service.
  • Usage analytics: we use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how the website is used (e.g., pages viewed and basic interaction events). Google may process identifiers such as cookies and IP address to provide these statistics.
  • Advertising measurement: we use the Meta Pixel to measure campaign performance, attribute conversions (for example product views, add-to-cart and checkout starts), and optimize ads. Meta may process identifiers such as cookies, browser/device data, and IP address.
  • B2B account data (optional): if you create an account for our B2B portal, we process your email address and the business details you provide (e.g., company name, KvK, and invoice address) to provide B2B access.

We use analytics and advertising measurement technologies on relevant pages. Shopping on the public site does not require an account, but our B2B portal may require account creation to access B2B pricing and ordering.

Cookies & local storage

We may use analytics and marketing cookies/similar technologies for Google Analytics (GA4) and Meta Pixel to understand website usage and measure advertising performance. We also use local storage to keep the shopping cart working (for example, a stored cart id). You can clear cookies/local storage in your browser settings at any time.

Why we use your data (purposes)

  • Responding to requests: to answer questions, provide pricing, and handle business inquiries.
  • Security & reliability: to keep the website secure and working (e.g., logs and abuse prevention).
  • Analytics & improvement: to measure usage and improve the website (Google Analytics).
  • B2B access: to create and manage B2B portal access and associated business profile data (where applicable).

Legal basis (GDPR)

  • Legitimate interests: responding to inquiries and operating a secure website.
  • Steps prior to a contract / performance of a contract: when you ask for pricing/availability with the intention to buy.
  • Legal obligation: if we must keep certain records for tax or compliance reasons (only when applicable).
  • Consent (where required): for analytics cookies/technologies, where applicable under cookie laws.

Sharing your data

We do not sell your personal data. We may share limited data with service providers that help us run the website (for example hosting). If you contact us by email, your message is processed by your email provider and ours.

Examples of providers we may use include Google Analytics (website analytics), Meta (advertising measurement), Firebase (B2B authentication and profile storage), and Shopify (checkout and payment processing after you leave our website to complete your order).

International transfers

Some providers we use (for example fonts or CDNs) may process data outside the EU/EEA. Where applicable, transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards (such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses).

How long we keep data

  • Email inquiries: kept as long as needed to handle the request and follow up, and longer if legally required.
  • Technical logs: retained for a limited time depending on the hosting/security needs.
  • Analytics data: retained according to our Google Analytics settings.
  • B2B account data: kept for as long as the account is active, or until you request deletion (subject to legal requirements).

Your rights

Under GDPR, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability in certain cases. To exercise your rights, email info@yoghoyogho.nl.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. In the Netherlands this is the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
