Ube is a purple yam from Filipino cooking. Stirred into milk it makes a lilac latte, and in batter it turns your cake deep purple. There is no sugar in it, so you sweeten it yourself.

Pandan is a leaf from Southeast Asia that goes into a lot of desserts there. The powder is light green and smells sweet, of vanilla and coconut. For now we only sell pandan by the kilo, to hospitality and businesses.
