1) Shipping & delivery
- Where we ship from: The Hague, Netherlands (or our fulfillment partner).
- Destinations: We ship to addresses in the Netherlands and Belgium. Available shipping options are shown at checkout.
- Processing time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
- Shipping costs: all rates are listed below. Amounts include VAT and apply per order.
Individual promotional items always ship free; this is stated on the product page. Bulk orders from 10 kg are charged weight-based freight, shown at checkout before you order.
- Delivery time: Netherlands and Belgium usually 1-3 business days after dispatch, other EU countries 3-5 business days. Including processing, you normally receive your order within 2-7 business days.
- Tracking: If available for your shipment, tracking details will be provided after dispatch.
- Incorrect address: Please double-check your shipping address. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we may need to charge reshipping costs.
- Customs / import duties: For EU deliveries, such as the Netherlands and Belgium, we do not expect customs formalities. For deliveries outside the EU, customs duties and import taxes may apply.
- Delays: Carrier delays can happen. If your package is significantly delayed, contact us and we'll help investigate.
